Your order will be packaged and sent out in 2 business days after placing it. As soon as it has been shipped we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at info@iconofficial.co
We work with different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from.
*All duties and VAT for our EU customers are collected at checkout. EU customers should receive their goods without any additional duties or taxes payable at the border. Please get in contact with our Customer Service team at info@iconofficial.co should you have any issues.
Some International orders outside of Europe may be subject to customs or import duties, additional tariffs and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the Greece. These charges are usually automatically payable by the customer upon delivery. Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.
