RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition. Email info@iconofficial.co quoting your order number and we will email you a further instructions to complete your return. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged ( 15 Euros). Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

• New, unused and in good condition.
• Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return.
• Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

Please note: If you purchased from a retail store or 3rd party website or physical store, returns inquiry must be made directly though the retailer.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, please follow the return steps and place a new order. Please note, a return shipping fee will be charged.
